ASCA has partnered with Profession Fromager to make their international edition available to ASCA members at a discounted price. This magazine provides a wealth of information that is invaluable to cheesemakers and industry professionals.
Profession Fromager was created in 2002 and is dedicated to the history, terroir, culture and people who make the ‘traditional cheeses’ of France.
The magazine, published bimonthly, is intended for professional cheesemakers, cheesemongers, affineurs, experts and technologists. Subscribers also have access to technical articles and features on dairies, cheese shops and the latest research.
