ASCA Technical Forum
Welcome to the ASCA Technical Forum - a place for ASCA members who are cheesemakers or startup cheesemakers to interact and share technical cheesemaking information.
A key feature of the Forum is that participants can ask technical cheesemaking questions which our consultant cheese guru, Ivan Larcher, will answer. Got a tricky cheesemaking question or problem you just can't work out how to solve? Ivan usually has the answer! We also post practical cheesemaking information from other sources.
It's also a great way for participants to engage with their fellow cheesemaker members.
The ASCA Technical Forum is open to all cheesemaker and startup cheesemaker members of ASCA.
