ASCA Newsletter - May edition out now!

For many in the artisan cheese community, Autumn is a time to slow down a little, take stock of what was achieved over the busy Summer period, and set some goals and aspirations for the rest of the year.

In the last newsletter we reported that the ASCA Committee met face-to-face in February for an important Planning Day. One of the outcomes of that meeting was to re-affirm the goals that were established at the previous Planning Day three years ago, and to add a new goal for the association to work towards over the coming three years.

Of the goals listed here, the Committee agreed that we should celebrate many achievements, while staying focussed on the areas where there is still work to be done...
