This 2-day workshop at the National Centre for Dairy Education (NCDE) covers the development issues around setting up a small-scale cheese and dairy product business. It is suitable for anyone interested in setting up a new dairy producing cheese, butter, yoghurt or ice cream.
The course will run from Monday 18th - Tuesday 19th July, 2016, at the NCDE in Werribee, Victoria.
Lectures are complemented by a tour of the NCDE pilot-scale facility, plus a session with a representative from Dairy Food Safety Victoria. Download the course brochure here.
