Entries are now open for the 2017 Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show, and will close on Friday 14 October, 2016.
Run by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, the competition is the largest and one of the most prestigious in Australia, and has been operating in its current format since 1994.
Judging will take place on Monday 13th - Thursday 16th February 2017, at the Sydney Showgrounds, and the Awards Night will take place the following week, on Monday 20th February.
